Heat Shrink Tubing is a thermoplastic tube that contracts (shrinks) in diameter when exposed to heat. It is widely used in electrical and electronic applications to insulate wires, provide abrasion resistance, protect joints, and bundle cables. When heated, the tubing shrinks tightly over whatever it is covering, forming a secure seal.
